If your order has shipped prior to your request, you will have to wait to receive it and then process a return request following the steps in the Return Process tab.
Exchanges can be made, but by contact only. Please see our Contact Info.
The same requirements must be met in a similar bane to a return, meeting all the return conditions.
Please Use this as a guide to see if your return qualifies as a proper return.
Improper Returns may be Contested or Rejected if failed to meet the following conditions.
- The item in question is applicable for returns, items not applicable will clearly be states as not applicable for returns
- The product is returned and delivered to us by the return window.
- All Tags are still present on the item. Tags must stay on, untampered. The moment it is removed, the item will be unreturnable.
- The item is unwashed, and unworn. (trying on is okay, worn is equivalent to worn to events, outings and etc.)
- Original Shoe Boxes, Branded Packaging and Containers must be returned undamaged, or in reasonable condition. Small fees may be applied if failure to do so.
- No scent, Odor, or Stains caused by you.*
FAILURE TO REACH ALL CONDITIONS WILL MAKE THE PRODUCT UNRETURNABLE.
PRACTICES
- While trying on any item, please ensure that it does not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or other substances.
- Please ensure footwear is tried on in an environment with clean flooring.
- Please utilize our size chart, and size reccomender on the product page to ensure you get the best fit.

I want to return my order(s), what is the return process?
After receiving your package, if you'd like to make a return please do the following.
1. Please ensure that the product in question is compliant with ALL of our return conditions. (check return conditions tab for checklist.)
2. Go to our Start a Return Page.
3. Enter your Order# and the zip code when prompted.
4. Select the products you want to return, please specify the reason(s) so we can ensure you receive the best.
5. Download & Print the Return Label.
6. Securely Pack, and Drop off (or pickup if applicable) at/with the corresponding mail carrier.
7. Our Team waits for the item to be shipped to us, we take note of when the returned product has been delivered back to us.
8. Our Team confirms we've received the return within the 21 day window the package is still eligible for refund. *
9. 3-10 business days to process returns, after processing the refund will be issued. *
i.e if your package arrived on the 20th day, we will still process the refund and should get back by the 30th day.
- Returns are hand checked and inspected by dedicated members of our team.
- Return Processing time varies by 3-10 business days, based on how long ago an item has been returned.

Orders that have not been up to your standard, is not up to our standard.
Common Return Claims & Reasonings
- Item is lightly damaged (missing rhinestones, slight scuff) | Delivery
Unfortunately it is out of our control how delivery drivers drop off their packages. Please let us know within 24 hours if this has happened to you.
- Item is not the same color as pictured (Dark Red versus Maroon, etc.) | Photography
For our Photography, we have various photographers with a variety of different settings so there may be some variation. A majority of our products are shot in White Light, so may appear different in either cooler lights and warmer lights and vice versa.
For our sizing please utilize our size chart to ensure you get the size closest to you. We also have incorporated on the product page a size calculator if you need assistance.
Please contact us as soon as possible in order to make your claim.
What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?
Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
